Instagram and Facebook management for owner-run businesses in the GTA. We photograph and film on scheduled capture days, and one day feeds six to eight weeks of posts, reels and stories. You never send us a photo.

Why feeds go quiet
Most social media help expects you to send the photos. By month three the camera roll is empty and the feed goes quiet. We built Ostinato the other way round: we come to you on a fixed schedule, and the calendar runs from what we shoot.
How a month runs

Capture day
We shoot at your business from a shot list you see five business days ahead. Up to eight hours on site, at one or two GTA locations.

Library
Our target for each day is 40 or more usable photos and six to eight video setups. Everything goes to a shared folder within ten business days.

Calendar
Next month's posts reach you by the 25th. You have three business days to change anything; what you don't reject publishes as scheduled.

Report
One page by the 5th: reach, engagement rate, follower change, your three best and three weakest posts, and what we're changing next month.
Shoot output is a target, not a guaranteed count: weather and access affect every day.

Every package includes captions and hashtags, scheduling and publishing, comment management every business day, and a one-page monthly report.
Every package starts with onboarding: $1,500, once. It covers an audit of your accounts, your brand voice and visual guide, post templates, your content plan and your first capture day. First posts go live four to five weeks after signing. Minimum term: three months.
Built for owner-run businesses
We work with GTA businesses of 3 to 25 people: restaurants, clinics, studios, trades and shops. If your customers find you on Instagram and Facebook, and you'd rather run the business than film it, this is for you. We work in English and Spanish.

What stays yours
You keep your passwords and your accounts. We work through delegated access in Meta Business Manager. Photos and video we deliver are yours once paid.
What we don't do
We don't manage paid ads, TikTok or YouTube, answer direct messages, or work weekends and evenings. And we don't promise leads, because nobody honestly can.
We promise content published on schedule and reported honestly.
